A static build of FFmpeg and ImageMagick with all features enabled and some additional tools.
FFmpeg 2.6.2
Notes:
- Ghostscript is a mingw build, however this one behave like official one and feature more than the official (some ported 8.x devices, djvu, fontconfig support)
- ImageMagick is a mingw build, but does support support unicode filename like the official also it faster and more complete than official. Plus it use mozjpeg instead of turbo-jpeg/ijg-jpeg.
- FFmpeg has adjusted quality from -1 to 9 of vorbisenc scale (aq 0 to 10), so this could generate ~45kbps at lowest quality.
- All tools are portable, no evironment variable to set/change to use the included components.
